We have a straightforward returns and refund policy. In the unlikely event of your order being damaged in transit or if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may be eligible for a return or refund within a specified timeframe.
Returns must be made within 14 days from the date your order has reached you.

Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging with labels attached and include your proof of purchase.
Once we receive the returned products we will carefully inspect them to ensure they meet the necessary criteria for a refund. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Returns are not accepted when the ordered products are made as per the customer’s preferences or do not bear any damage.
In case of changing your mind and you want to cancel your order please note that you are responsible to pay the costs for the return of the goods.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost for the returned goods will be deducted from your refund.
